About the Song
World of Make Believe was the first single released for the Worlds Apart
Album. It began the marketing and promotional campaign for the album.
The song features Jim Leheay on guitar and the vocal group Zaire on background
vocals. Tim opened each night of the promotional concert tour with this
anthemic number which set the stage for the powerful tunes that followed.
About the Video
World of Make Believe was the first video filmed by API.
Although groups like Duran Duran and Madonna had somewhat established
the medium by this time, it was vitually unheard of for independent labels
to embark on this relatively expensive form of marketing. Over the years,
API has maintained the belief that the music video should be an integral
part of the artists vision.
